Meetings for 2010 are scheduled as follows:

All Council and Planning Committee meetings will be at Thakeham Village Hall unless otherwise specified in the notice convening a meeting, copies of which will be displayed on the parish notice boards. Meetings of the Open Spaces Committee will be in the parish office.
Meetings of the Planning Committee are subject to cancellation if there is insufficient business to transact. In that event, prior notice of cancellation will be advised to Councillors and displayed on the parish notice boards. If necessary additional meetings will be held following meetings of the Parish Council but only on an exceptional basis.
Meetings of the Allotments Committee yet to be decided.
